Fascinating classes! Being a true beginner, I would benefit from a Word 3 – so many features. I was actually starting to feel comfortable with various terms and functions and FOLDERS!

Additional Comments:
Katy has the patience of a SAINT!
Difficult to understand that RNs who are currently working in any setting don’t have the basics – was surprised that there were people who don’t feel comfortable using a mouse, left click vs. right click. Perhaps one could further separate NO EXPERIENCE from intermediate level experience.
Thanks to Katy! Good job.
Thanks to Peggy for making all feel welcome here!!
